About Me

I started aerial in 2017 during musical theatre training—it was meant to be just an extra skill, but from my first hoop class, I was hooked. The strength, freedom, and creativity of aerial felt refreshing compared to my structured dance background. After graduating, I shifted focus entirely to aerial and became a teacher in 2021. It’s the best decision I’ve ever made.

My Teaching Style

My classes are praise-based, encouraging, and supportive. Aerial can be intimidating, but I aim to create a space where you feel safe to push yourself. I believe in “feeling the fear and doing it anyway,” and I make sure every student leaves class with a sense of progress and accomplishment!
